Our Bystronic water jet cutter enables us to cut intricate patterns in a range of materials including metal, stone and ceramic. This has given us the opportunity to work with designers, architects and artists to produce detailed and bespoke products often combining both metal and stone elements in the finished piece.
A long term project has been working on the restoration of part of the flooring in the cloisters of Buckfast Abbey, Devon. The floor is part of a bigger restoration project for the Abbey. http://www.buckfast.org.uk/site.php?id=171&galleryID=62
An intricate pattern was created using precision cut Purbeck stone with 2mm joints. Each portion of the project was delivered in purpose designed packaging to ensure the items arrived on site without breakages.

We are pleased to have been awarded
EN 1090 and our ISO 9001:2008 award has been renewed. Theses international marques indicate our commitment to setting and maintaining high standards, meeting our customers needs and seeking continuous improvement in how we work.
We recently demonstrated how we can combine our metal and stone cutting skills. We chose Forest Pennant stone, inlaid our name in polished stainless steel and then inscribed our web address. All cut by water jet and installed on the front of our building.
